How to Not Be Tired

There are many causes for being tired. These can range anywhere from not getting enough sleep, to poor nutrition, to just your average afternoon slump. Here are a few energy medicine exercises that can lead to improved energy levels. Every body is different and responds to exercises differently. 1. Adrenal fatigue. If we are bogged down with stress, or have just been pushing ourselves to the limit, we can easily overwhelm our adrenal glans which help us regulate our stress and energy levels. They are there to give us an extra boost of adrenaline when we are under stress and need to be on high alert. If these glans are over taxed they can become drained which can lead to being tired all the time. To help, you can rub your adrenal reflex points. Find these by locating your belly button (naval) and bring your fingers 1 inch up and then 1 inch out away from your center line. Now push in deep and rub for 30 seconds. Any of these may be tender. If they are too painful to push on you can work in you energy field. Place one finger a couple inches away from the point on your front side. Now place a second hand directly behind you as if you have a string that is going straight through your body. Now imagine you are moving this string back and forth like a piece of floss. Repeat on the other side of your body.

Adrenals22. K-1. The beginning of the Kidney Meridian is the start of your Kidney Meridian first pointentire meridian system. If you are not pulling energy up from the earth through your kidney meridian, the rest of your meridians can not be fed and thus leave you fatigued. Locate the point on the bottoms of your feet that is next to the ball of your foot. Draw your finger from between your first two toes down the sole of your foot. At the bottom of the ball of your foot you will find a slight indentation. Push, rub or hold to activate this point and begin to allow fresh energy to flow into your meridians.
